With over 30 years of experience in high performance, culture transformation, and resilience, my mission is to help leaders and teams harmonize personal growth with professional success, creating meaningful impact in both their lives and work.
My path to this work began as an international tax advisor and Chartered Accountant, but I always knew there was more to life than just numbers. I chose to merge spirituality with business, helping individuals find greater purpose and fulfillment in their careers.
My entrepreneurial spirit was sparked whilst growing up on the border with Northern Ireland. Since then, I’ve launched and co-founded several ventures, including a boutique chocolate company in New Zealand. After the Christchurch earthquakes, I initiated projects to support affected communities, experiencing firsthand the power of living and working from a place of deep purpose. This is the essence of Spirited Business—combining inner alignment with real-world impact.
I hold a master’s degree from Trinity College Dublin, completed the NYU Inner MBA program, am a Certified HeartMath® Trainer, and serve as a Spiritual Intelligence Coach and Mentor. With an array of certifications, my approach integrates profound inner work with practical tools to foster clear communication, resilience, and purpose-driven performance.
