Meet Declan Scott
I’m Declan Scott, founder of Spirited Business, and I’m excited to guide you in conscious leadership! With over 30 years of experience in high performance, culture change, and resilience, my mission is to help leaders and teams harmonize personal growth with professional success.
My journey began as an international tax advisor and Chartered Accountant, but I always sought something beyond numbers. I considered becoming a priest, motivated by a life of service, and instead chose to blend spirituality with business—guiding individuals to find purpose in their careers.
My entrepreneurial spirit, ignited on the border with Northern Ireland, led to various ventures, including co-founding a boutique chocolate company in New Zealand. After the Christchurch earthquakes, I initiated a number of projects to support affected communities and saw first hand the power and privilege of living from a place that I now call Spirited Business.
